Return Refund and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! At Stylecraft Bean Bags, we take pride in delivering high-quality bean bags to our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You may return a product within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at +91-9355379566 or email us at return@stylecraft.in, with your order number and reason for return.
- Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used, damaged (not due to transit), or customized bean bags are not eligible for return.
- Bean bags without original packaging or tags will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If your bean bag arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and details of the issue.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the item is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for bean bags if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
- You may also request an exchange for a different color or size within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
- Exchange requests are subject to availability of the requested item.
- In case of a voluntary exchange (e.g., for color or size), two-way shipping charges will be applicable and must be paid by the customer.
